1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to AlphaLog. By using AlphaLog, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms shown in the service. If you do not agree, do not use AlphaLog.

2. Services Overview

AlphaLog provides investment research workflows, market-data views, AI-assisted analysis, watchlists, portfolio organization, and related reports. AlphaLog content is for research and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, and use AlphaLog only where you are legally permitted to do so. AlphaLog is not directed to children under 13.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse AlphaLog or interfere with the service. This includes:

• Submitting unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass usage limits, or disrupt AlphaLog systems.
• Using AlphaLog outputs as the sole basis for financial decisions without your own review.
• Submitting secrets, full account numbers, private keys, or other highly sensitive credentials.

5. Paid Features

Paid plans, workflow packages, recurring reports, or other premium features may have separate prices, limits, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions shown at checkout or in the product. Billing is handled by payment providers. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are not refundable once a billing period or paid workflow has started.

6. Market Data and AI Outputs

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or sourced from third-party providers. AI-generated outputs can contain errors or outdated assumptions. You are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it. AlphaLog does not execute trades, custody assets, or guarantee any investment outcome.

7. Intellectual Property

AlphaLog, its software, design, workflows, and brand materials are owned by AlphaLog or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant AlphaLog permission to process it to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

8. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of AlphaLog, including specific workflows, data sources, plan limits, or experimental features. We aim to keep AlphaLog reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

AlphaLog is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. AlphaLog is not liable for investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
